'East Africa' Open Edition Art Print

This illustration was created for a travel guide to East Africa. In order to get an authentic tribal feel, I made preparatory sketches from the exhibits and artefacts in the Horniman Museum in London to incorporate into the design. It was painted with an airbrush. using ink and gouache on CS10 artboard.

This is an open edition, it is embossed with the artists' blind stamp impression in the bottom right corner as a mask of authenticity. In this case, the border is cream coloured.

It is a gallery quality, professionally printed giclée image which uses archival inks on Hahnemühle German Etching paper (310gsm). The manufacturer’s archival rating is over 35 years.

The print (including border) comes in three sizes:
* A2 Size 59cm x 42cm (approx)
* A1 Size 59cm x 84cm (approx)
* A0 Size 84cm x 119cm (approx)

Each art print is custom printed by my master printer, who is a member of the Fine Art Trade Guild.
